     Decades ago, the Polytechnic opened its doors to this field, as an original answer to the Apparel Industry. It can take the credit of being the first or pioneers, in starting the Fashion Design Course ,in the capital of India.
     The course covers the gamut of activity, from conceptualization to execution. It thereby inculcates, an ability to develop and channelise creativity. We ensure students receive quality education, through the faculty and professional industrial visits. The curriculum is updated. to meet the challenging global trends.
      There is an Internship Programme, for Industrial Exposure. The Final Year Students are also given an opportunity to display their innovative ensemble, for the annual ‘Ramp Presentation’ .It has become infact, a much awaited campus and media event, every year!
